Let’s start with an excerpt from an article (interview) by Daniel Burke, CNN Religion Editor CNN Politics:
“Rep. Paul Gosar, a Republican — and Catholic — from Arizona, plans to boycott your speech because he thinks you will focus on climate change”. “When the Pope chooses to act and talk like a leftist politician,” Gosar says, “then he can expect to be treated like one.”
I find it weird. I don’t care what your own personal religious or non-religious view or belief is – Everyone is entitled to their own (or at least this country was founded on that principal – called Freedom of Religion). The weird part for me is; A person says they are of a certain religious belief. The deity of that belief in this case, is ‘Christ’ and the ‘Pope’ is, per Wikipedia:
“The Pope (Latin: papa; from Greek: πάππας pappas, a child’s word for father) is the Bishop of Rome and the leader of the worldwide Catholic Church. The primacy of the Roman bishop is largely derived from his role as the traditional successor to Saint Peter, to whom Jesus gave the keys of Heaven and the powers of “binding and loosing”, naming him as the “rock” upon which the church would be built.”
(Emphasis is mine)
WOW! That is a very big and powerful statement. Please read the emphasis again and contemplate what it implies.
If this is the case, as people of this particular Faith believe it truly is, how in the world, in ‘God’s Name’ (smile), could anyone of them say; “When the Pope chooses to act and talk like a leftist politician,” Gosar says, “then he can expect to be treated like one.”
“Fox New Goes on Anti-Pope Tirade…By David (Crooks & Liars). I am totally uninterested in ANY of the rest of the article. Just the fact that anybody, regardless of their belief, can be anti a ‘Pope’ (unless he is advocating the taking of other’s lives because they are not of the same belief) is blasphemy.

“I hope I’m not going to get castigated for saying this by my priest back home, but I don’t get economic policy from my bishops or my cardinal or my pope,” the former Florida governor said. “I think religion ought to be about making us better as people and less about things that end up getting in the political realm.” – He IStrying to make us better people, but you are just interested in making your corporate financially better – which, by the way, is from whom you obviously get your economic policies from.

4 days ago – Republican Catholic Congressman Paul Gosar announced that he will boycott Pope Francis’ Thursday speech to Congress because the pope .
(Boycott the Pope – That is bizarre behavior)
If, this statement is their belief “the traditional successor to Saint Peter, to whom Jesus gave the keys of Heaven”, then all these people and their like, aren’t anti-Pope, but ant- ‘Christ’. They either worship ‘Christ’ or they worship the ‘Golden Calf’, because you cannot worship both. They are obviously in opposition to each other.
The day and age we are in can be a huge turning point in this country – but it is up to you, the voting citizenry, to initiate that change. If you choose not to oust the ‘Golden Calf Worshipers’, they will continue to oust you from all your finances. By the way, I am not picking on conservatives. Take a good hard look at Hillary. Is she ever a worshiper of the Golden Calf Corporations? Read some of my past blogs for the real deal scoop on her.
It’s time to start cleansing this country, just like Iceland did, of all the toxic political leaders, bankers, CEO’s and every one of their kind.
It’s MY Country and ‘It’s MY Money & I Want It!’
is the name of the game. Learn to stand up for yourself and not be intimidated by the corporations and their political puppets.
